Homestead School
Homestead School offers a unique early learning program for toddlers, preschool, and kindergarten-age children, with mixed-age classes on our 25-acre family farm—home to chickens, pigs, goats, and woodlands filled with wildlife.
At Homestead, your child will experience:
Zero screen time – learning is hands-on and immersive.
Ample outdoor play – rain, shine, or snow!
Engaging, play-based learning – fostering growth in every child.
We partner with parents to nurture the whole child—socially, emotionally, physically, mentally, and academically—creating a foundation for lifelong curiosity and confidence.

We’re thrilled to have welcomed new families this fall! At this time, our classes are nearly full.
Limited openings remain in select age groups.
We are currently accepting wait-list applications for the 2025-2026 school year.

Enrollment Process:

1: Visit & Apply
Join us for a tour. After your visit, complete your application to tell us more about your child and your family’s needs.

2: Confirm & Enroll
If we’re a good fit, we’ll follow up to confirm your spot. A deposit (first month or semester tuition) is due upon enrollment.

Get ready for a season of wonder & growth! Your child will jump into days full of play, exploration, imagination, and discovery.
A Day at Homestead School
Our program welcomes children ages 2-6, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
A typical day follows a natural flow, adapting to the season:
⏰ 8:30 AM – Drop-off, Circle Time, Learning Centers
🌿 9:30 AM – Snack & Outdoor Adventures
🍎 11:45 AM – Family-Style Lunch
😴 12:30 PM – Rest & Quiet Time
🌳 2:30 PM – Snack & More Outdoor Exploration
🏡 3:30 - 4:00 PM – Pick-up

Enrollment begins with an application and family interview. Schedule a visit today to start the process!
Tuition Rates:
$79 per day
5% discount for semester payment
5% sibling discount
Schedule Options:
Semester-based with a committed schedule
Full-time & part-time available (2-day minimum)
Healthy snacks & lunch included
Closures: We observe federal holidays, winter break, and summer break.

The best way to experience Homestead School is to see it in action! We offer:
One-on-one tours – Personalized visits for prospective families. These tours take place on Friday mornings. Your child and at least one parent or guardian must be present.
